Lieutenant Commander Siddharth S Nehra assumed the charge of Administrative Officer on 25 Apr 22. The Officer was commissioned into the Education branch of Indian Navy on 24 Dec 12 from the prestigious Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala. He has pursued B.Tech in Information Technology and Masters Degree in Telecommunication.
In his eventful career so far, the Officer was appointed at his Alma mater, Naval Institute of Educational Training and Technology (NIETT) Kochi as an Instructor, Senior Education Officer onboard INS Shardul (First Training Squadron), Instructor at INS Valsura, Jamnagar. During his course of tenure at INS Valsura, the officer was adjuged as Most Promising Instructor and was awarded Maiden Outstanding Instructor award by HQSNC. For his outstanding contribution towards service, the Officer was commended by Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Naval Command in 2017.
The Officer has completed his specialisation in Communication and Electronic Warfare from Signal School, Kochi. Prior to his present appointment, he has served for two years as Senior Education Officer and Instructor at Signal School, Kochi.
The Officer is happily married to Mrs. Prerana Nehra and they are blessed with one Son and one Daugther.
